I sent you an email yesterday but found out some of my emails were not going out, so I'm following up to confirm with you that I did receive your DVD. Thank you for getting that out to me so quickly!
I tried it out last night and want to tell you that I really enjoyed the easy nature of your instruction, and level of stretches (hince the "easy" stretch title). It pretty much is just what I was looking for. I did not do the relaxation at the end yet, but I'm sure that is wonderful also.
I was hoping your approach was one continuous flow from one stretch poster to the next without me having to break my mood to fast forward past any explanation to get to the next pose.
